CP/WMD Senior Intel Analyst

While at DEVGRU (SEAL TEAM 6) I was the senior person in my division and I was responsible for leading a team of analysts and operators in developing classified mission sets, determining their effectiveness and implementing new and innovative techniques and tactics. I have lead subordinates on developing responses to security matters and methodologies to enhance the security postures as related to current threats. I have also planned and coordinated the operational effectiveness of staff. I was Senior Analyst for Counter Proliferation/Weapons of Mass Destruction Intelligence supporting a Naval Special Warfare Development Group (DEVGRU) a Chief of Naval Operations Priority One Joint Special Operations Command. Being attached to N37 in support of Biological/Chemical Intelligence, I was also the Team lead responsible for analysis of CBRN, Terrorist Orgs and Delivery methods. Responsible for target analysis regarding Biological/Chemical facilities; I was a trainer for SEAL Team 6 Operators regarding Chemical/Biological issues including detection, protection and decontamination. I developed methodology regarding target ranking and a high value personalities targeting Data Base for CP/WMD; I was also responsible for the fusion of National Intelligence regarding CP/WMD and the briefing of high level government and military officials on highly classified mission sets. Authorized to be a security courier at TS/SCI level; Responsible for working with OGA/ODA regarding CT/CP/WMD; Responsible for analysis of CBRN/Terrorist using classified analytical tools. Considered a subject matter expert by Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) and DEVGR regarding force protection and Chemical, Biological, Radiological Nuclear and explosive, (CBRNE) detection and counter measures. I was the DEVGRU Representative on various IC planning groups and subject matter expert for SOJICC System. Being the senior analyst, I was in charge of four to six (depending on the tasking), military analysts. I was responsible for setting up their training, doing their evaluations, and dealing with conflicts as they occurred on the job. Do to the Commands mission set there was extensive training in heavy weapons, detainee management, intelligence collection and advanced interrogation techniques. We also did extensive investigation and source development training work as well.
