This coin is 1 7/16 inches in diameter.  Naval Special Warfare Unit 4, was a geographical located SEAL unit stationed with the US Southern Command.  The left Roosevelt Roads in 2003. 

NOTE: NSW-4, was re-established in 2016 in Homestead Florida.
